An overview of Nora's abilities


Hello everyone!

It's been a while since the last time but the game development is going strong! Over the past few weeks I have been redefining all the mechanics that you will face during the course of the story and I decided to give you a quick preview.

Toward the end of the demo Nora acquired an extremely powerful weapon, the scythe, which will allow her in human form to both face creatures and open up new paths. Be careful of automatons, they are immune to it, in which case you'd better roll! In skeleton form Nora will be able to rely on the frost armor: an aura will wrap around her bones making her resistant to darts and arrows.


When Nora is in umbra form she will be able to use an ancient magic, dark wave, which will make any source of light go out, including candles that are already lit! In contrast, the anima form will be able to shine in the darkest places thanks to her flash ability.

Like the scythe these abilities will be acquired slowly as you progress, varying the gameplay and the types of puzzles you will face during the adventure. I hope you are curious to try them out once the game is ready!
